Supalander is an online service. Nothing physical is sold or shipped. Everything you buy is delivered to your account on supalander.com.

• A paid plan activates as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds, and at most within a few minutes. Your AI credits and WhatsApp alert allowance are added to your account at the same moment.
• On plans longer than one month, the allowance is released every 30 days during the term, as shown on the pricing page.
• Your plan, renewal date, balance and every payment are always visible in Settings.

If you paid and your plan is not active within 15 minutes, email support@supalander.com with the payment reference. We activate it or refund it in full. WhatsApp alerts are delivered through WhatsApp and depend on it being available on your phone.
