Cancel anytime. Clear refunds.

• Every paid plan renews automatically until you cancel it.
• Cancel any time in Settings, in two steps, with no questions asked. You can also cancel the standing instruction in your bank or UPI app.
• Cancelling stops every future charge. You keep every feature until the end of the period you already paid for, and your unused credits and alerts stay saved on your account.

We refund a payment in full in these cases:

• First purchase of a Plan. You ask within 48 hours of your first payment for that Plan, and you have used less than a quarter of the AI Credits that payment added.
• A renewal you forgot to cancel. You ask within 48 hours of the renewal charge, and you have not used any AI Credits or received any WhatsApp alerts since it renewed. We also cancel the Subscription so it does not renew again.
• Our mistake. A duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a charge for a Plan that was never activated. These are refunded whenever you tell us.
• Where the law requires it. Nothing in this policy limits a refund or remedy that applicable consumer law gives you, including for a deficiency in service.

Outside these cases payments are not refundable, and cancelling ends future renewals rather than refunding the current period. You can cancel any time in Settings; you keep every feature until the end of the period you paid for.

To ask for a refund, email support@supalander.com from your account email with the payment reference shown in Settings. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank. When a payment is refunded, the Plan period it paid for ends and the credits and alerts it added are removed from your balance. Balances from other payments are not affected.
